Hello everyone, well, don’t be confused by the topic of today, which is Good Habits. Habits are nothing more than a lifestyle one must follow to live life at its fullest, and being aware and happy about your life choices. So, today I bring you Mistakes, well not Mistakes exactly, more like M-I-S-T-A-K-E-S, so let’s begin with knowing some human emotions and what exactly we will talk about in this post.
What are Good Habits, and what are Mistakes?
Good Habits are just normal habits that our society deems fit for a better lifestyle and success; mistakes, on the other hand, are also habits that society deems unfit for our lifestyle. So, why not challenge society and completely change the way we think about mistakes, while still improving our way of life?
What do people want? How do Habits affect us?
Humans are such social beings that we constantly want to strive for more success, but Habits are some activities that we do without even realising if they’re good or not, and to be honest, if I talk about just me, I enjoy mistakes much more than other stuff. Still, the main difference is that the mistakes I make are socially appreciated. Hence, what are these mistakes I am constantly talking about: M stands for Meditation, I stands for Ignorance, S stands for Shopping, T stands for Travelling, A stands for Appreciation, K stands for Knowledge, E stands for Exercise, and S stands for Sleep.
Good Habits begin with Meditation

Meditation is one of the habit that one can adopt in order to improve lifestyle, thoughts, work ethic, and productivity. A great warrior once said that sitting still and doing nothing are two very different things, and that is what I am talking about. Meditation is not about doing nothing, it’s about sitting with yourself and analysing what you have been through, what you did do, and how you can make it better.
But Meditation does not just mean sitting and thinking about all the things that you did in a day or your past; sometimes it just means letting go of the feeling of happiness or remorse for something that you did and replacing it with the thought that it happened the way it was meant to happen. There are a thousand different ways of meditating, but the best one is just sitting and creating a virtual space between you and your thoughts.
In Meditation, we are not running away from our thoughts; it’s just giving time to ourselves and appreciating what we have now. Meditation will bring renewed energy, clear thinking, focus, and logical thinking to your life, which ultimately creates new opportunities for success. Ignorance for Keeping your mind clear

Good habits also come with their set of tolls, like jealousy from others by seeing you progress, unwanted comments, parody, and a delusional ego of you being better than others; for that, we need Ignorance. Ignorance can be the sharpest arrow in your quiver if you use it wisely. Ignoring nasty comments from others is obvious in this case, but we also need to understand that we don’t just strive to ignore what others do, but also when we think we have done something mighty.
The ego of being mighty makes a warrior lose that battle, so I would advise everyone to ignore this feeling if at all possible. The target of this process is not just to keep you grounded but also to create a sense of gratitude towards others. Putting it simply, once you start thinking that what you have done can also be done by others, it will not only increase your hunger for something even better but also humble you in front of others.
And trust me on something, a mighty guy who is humble is a leader, but a mighty egoistic person is more often than not will be either left alone or will be someday defeated by his sword.
Freshen up Your mind with Shopping

Now we move on to a more fun and chill Good Habits that is Shopping. How many of us have immediately felt better after we have had an ice-cream or just some traditional indian street foods like Gol gappas(tamarind water and spicy treats). Now, how does eating small treats connect to shopping? Well, shopping does not always mean buying expensive stuff, but having a rejuvenating whiff of freshness, just carousing the streets with no objective, can also be considered a well-spent evening.
Sometimes, you’d want to buy something and won’t be able to buy it, but that doesn’t mean you have to dwell on buying it; rather, make it your next target and feel it pushing you towards more success.
Just go outside for a while: Travelling

When we talk about Good Habits, we cannot leave travelling out of that list. Travelling is one of the best habits one can adopt for reanalysing your goals, clearing your head and coming up with something new. A lot of creative thinkers travel a lot to get new ideas and create something out of the box.
Travelling does not just mean going to a distant mountain or going for a trek, travelling can also mean going on a log drive or just hanging out with your friends and keeping in touch with your free inner self. Of course, travelling on long routes like trekking, going for a beach party or going for a well-deserved break on weekends does help out too, but here I am talking about just going out of the room/comfort zone and connecting with nature, not just the nature around you but also the nature you are born with.
Get People to like you by Appreciation

Good Habits do not come with a blink of an eye; they have to be nurtured and built from the ground up. Appreciation helps you with nurturing and creating consistency in your habits. Also, appreciating others is a great tool in improving your social acceptance and getting to know people.
Let’s be honest here, we are not the only people who have good habits, thus we need to get involved with people so that we can also have an insight into other people’s Habits and use them for ourselves and create more and more beautiful habits. Also, when we appreciate something, that thing will increase in our life, and if we want more Good in our life, we need to appreciate all that we already follow.
To win Debates and Hearts Grow your Knowledge

Next on our Good Habits list is Knowledge. Knowledge is Power. How many of us have already heard this line in our lives, and nothing can be further from the truth. Power increases the impact of what you want to deliver, be it an argument or a real fist fight; one must know where to hit and deliver a blow that counts. Without knowledge of something, anything will always remain half-baked bread, and knowledge also allows one to keep quiet when someone other than you is speaking what is right.
Having knowledge and wisdom of what and when to speak goes hand in hand with anything. One must think hard and deeply about what one is thinking and what the next course of action should be. Making decisions on a whim is just foolish, and certainly for people who work in social gatherings and who are in constant communication with other people. Reading different topics and having a good knowledge of various subjects will allow you to have fruitful conversations with practically everyone.
We don’t always need people to agree with us, but having a calm and beautiful conversation always helps you expand your domain of wisdom.
Go sweat some in the gym: Exercise

Good Habits not just mean a calm mind but also mean being healthy and fit, a good and fit body motivates you to move forward, increases your confidence and boosts your vocal skills as well. Yes, a fit body can lead to betterment in vocal conversations because a fit person will always be more open to what other people have to say in order to increase their moral standing. A healthy body is the throne of a healthy mind.
Having six-pack abs does not always ensure you are fit; fitness comes from the satisfaction that, in a day, you are at least taking half an hour for your body, and you will notice the way you speak to people and the way you convey your points will change dramatically.
Get your Comfort the Sleep

Last on our Good Habits list is Sleep. A good sleep is necessary for living organisms in this universe, and having a good night’s sleep ensures refilling the empty sack of energy that we carry the whole day, and for that sleep – how much is necessary, oversleeping will make you more lethargy at the end, so sleeping too much is not the answer but having slept one must follow a routine of above mentioned habits so that one has his/her whole day planned and works in a systematic and planned manner.
In the end, I would like to add just one more point: good habits and bad habits are, in the end, just habits that evolve with time and have a tendency to change with time. Just decide, and your time begins now.
As always, it’s a pleasure writing for my audience and seeing you guys in the next post. Till then, stay healthy, have fun and follow MISTAKES. Read more amazing blogs blogs on good habits and stay updated with our latest posts only at Spider Jaal .
